Description:
A ceramic disc used in the Keira Knightley, Clive Owen and Ioan Gruffudd movie King Arthur. The disc can be seen at the very beginning of the movie in a very dirty state being rinsed in the river by the young Arthur, before growing up to become the legendary King. The prop is made from plaster that has been moulded and painted to look aged, and depicts a man between the two words “Christi Pelagius” with small raised circle detailing around the rim. It measures 11cm (4.5”) across.
